Welcome to The Pediatric Perspective! I am a Certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, proudly licensed in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. With over a decade of experience in pediatric healthcare, I have had the privilege of working in various specialized areas, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Pediatric step-down units, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). My extensive experience in the NICU spans more than 10 years, allowing me to care for some of our most vulnerable patients.
In addition to my clinical background, I have completed specialized training in Pediatric Functional Medicine. This unique approach enables me to integrate natural treatments with traditional medications when necessary, ensuring a holistic and comprehensive care plan for your child.
As a mother of two, I understand the challenges and joys of parenting. My passion lies in getting to the root causes of infectious, behavioral, and developmental needs in children. I am dedicated to working closely with families to provide personalized care and support, fostering a healthy and thriving future for every child.
